Our Approach & Pricing

At Seamrog, we believe in transparent pricing that reflects the high value and expertise we bring to your digital transformation journey. Our engagements are structured to provide flexibility, whether you need targeted support or comprehensive project delivery.

Consultancy Services

For smaller engagements, ad-hoc advisory, or initial discovery phases, our base rate is:

€120 per hour

This rate applies to remote work, virtual consultations, and specific tasks with clearly defined hourly scope.

Project-Based Engagements

For larger, more complex initiatives in Application Orchestration, API Development, and AI Automation, we prefer to provide custom, fixed-price proposals based on a detailed understanding of your unique requirements and desired outcomes.

This approach ensures:

  • Predictable Investment: You'll have a clear understanding of the total cost for the defined project.
  • Value-Driven Focus: Our efforts are aligned with achieving your specific business objectives and delivering measurable results.
  • Comprehensive Scope: Our proposals will outline deliverables, timelines, and key milestones.

On-Site Engagements & Travel

While we primarily operate remotely from Sweden, we understand the value of on-site collaboration for certain phases of a project. We are available for on-site visits across Europe.

For on-site engagements, the following travel charges and costs apply:

  • Travel Time: Travel time to and from your location will be billed at 50% of our standard hourly rate (€60 per hour). This accounts for our time commitment away from other client work.
  • Travel Costs: All reasonable and pre-approved travel expenses will be billed at cost. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Flights: Economy or business class, depending on travel duration and client agreement.
    • Accommodation: Standard hotel accommodation.
    • Ground Transportation: Taxis, public transport, or car rental (if required and pre-approved).
    • Per Diem: A daily allowance to cover meals and incidental expenses during travel days. This will be mutually agreed upon prior to the engagement.
  • Minimising Costs: We strive to be efficient and cost-effective with travel. We will discuss travel plans and estimated expenses with you in advance for your approval.

Availability

Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 CET (Central European Time). We are committed to working collaboratively to align with your project schedule and time zones where feasible.
